About Rachael
I am an award-winning entrepreneur and CEO of Australian footcare company SynxBody. I was named the 2020 First Amongst Equals winner, the highest honour at the 40under40 Awards and am a proud Perth ambassador of Womens Entrepreneurship Day Organisation.
I am dedicated to helping entrepreneurs achieve their business and personal goals, using my own experiences and lessons learned along the way.
My unique business journey
I started my career as a podiatrist and always loved health and wellness, which lead me to the field of sports podiatry and managing chronic pain.
By 2011, as well as running my own private podiatry practice, I also co-founded SynxBody, a modern footcare company.
In 2014, Synxsole appeared on Channel 10’s Shark Tank program and secured investment from “Shark” Andrew Banks. This amplified the workload in a positive way and taught me so much about running a real company and I feel very fortunate to have such an inspiring mentor, Andrew, by my side.
Since then, I have grown SynxBody rapidly through innovation, product development and learning how to effectively scale my business based on what our customers are searching for.
